The Cabin
WELCOME TO SERENITY!
Peaceful and secluded our off-the-grid cabin is perfect for unplugging, reconnecting, and relaxing. It sits on the peninsula of a small pond surrounded by wooded forests and open hay fields. Watch the clouds float by on the attached porch or the sunset on the water. Listen to the crickets while enjoying the warmth of the fire in the fire pit located on the tip of the peninsula while the stars come out!
Our 288 square ft off the grid solar powered cabin is located on a 230 acre working ranch in East Texas. The cabin sleeps 2 and has a detached full bath outhouse. There is a small kitchenette inside with hot and cold water sink, and propane refrigerator and cooking stove with oven. There is limited electricity for lighting, fans, and device charging. Backup generator available if needed. Outside there is seating for you to enjoy the fire pit or you can rinse off under the outdoor shower. The 144 square ft loft has two twin beds that can be separated or pushed together for a king-size bed. The loft is accessible by ladder. Sliding doors with screens surround the main floor, which provide a nice summer cross breeze. This property is accessed via a 1/2 mile long gravel driveway. There are approximately 6 acres fenced in around the cabin for you to enjoy. Prior permission will be needed to explore outside of those 6 acres.

This cabin is not suitable for children under the age of 10.
