Once upon a time...

an Indiana boy and an Oklahoma girl met in Kansas City. They started a life together and after the fourth kid was born they left the city life and started a small farm in northern Missouri. As time went on the winters seemed to bite a bit more than they used to, and so they decided to winter in eastern Texas.

 

They purchased a small plot of land in Anderson County and built an off-the-grid cabin. The sandy soil drained quicker than the clay in Missouri, the winter was much shorter, and there were many more bright sunny days to enjoy.

 

The story didn't end there.  

They decided to commit to full-time life in Texas. They were fortunate enough to purchase a ranch neighboring their cabin, and Bell & Brook was born!
